ADDITIONAL TERMS

These Terms of Use pertain to your access to and participation in, the SOS Rewards program in Canada ("SOS Rewards"), which is operated by SOS Franchising Inc. or its respective subsidiaries, licensees and affiliated companies (collectively, "SOS Treats"). These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with SOS Treats for other products or services.

CHANGES TO TERMS

SOS Treats reserves the right, at its sole unfettered discretion, to modify, change or terminate these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to SOS Rewards, in whole or in part. By participating in SOS Rewards, you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of modifications, alterations, changes and termination of SOS Rewards and your continued participation confirms your acceptance. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must stop accessing and participating in SOS Rewards.

PERSONAL USE

SOS Rewards is intended exclusively for personal use. Commercial use is explicitly prohibited. SOS Rewards is not to be used by people under the age of 13 years old. If you are between the ages of 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, you are only able to participate in SOS Rewards under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Our Privacy Statement incorporated into these Terms of Use and governs your participation in SOS Rewards. Please read the ‘Privacy Statement’ to understand how SOS Treats collects, uses and discloses information about customers. At any time, you are welcome to update or change your personal information, and how we communicate with you.

REWARD EXPIRATION

Unless otherwise noted, SOS Rewards are automatically added to your account within forty-eight (48) hours of your eligible purchase and expire twelve (12) months after the calendar month in which such SOS Rewards were earned. For example, if you earn SOS Rewards on January 15, 2021, they will expire on February 1, 2022. The oldest accrued SOS Rewards will be used first for the purpose of redemption. You can view and track your SOS Rewards balance along with eligible Rewards, by logging into your account on SOS Treats App.

REDEEMING STARS FOR REWARDS

SOS Rewards may be redeemed for complimentary SOS Treats items at participating SOS Treats online and/or physical stores. They are not offered for orders that require shipping and/or mail. The SOS Rewards redemption tiers for are as follows:
